Chambers & Race was founded by Chris, who brings over 15 years’ experience supporting businesses in the all manner of industries. His background spans everything from internal management accounts to the design and implementation of efficient administrative processes — giving him a deep, practical understanding of how businesses really operate.

After spending four years working in industry, Chris gained first-hand insight into the challenges businesses face day to day, from cashflow pressures to operational inefficiencies. Over the past 11 years, he has worked closely with clients to help them optimise their businesses from the inside out — improving systems, strengthening controls, and creating clearer financial visibility.

As the firm grew, Chambers joined the practice, transforming it from a one-person operation into a team of experienced bookkeepers and accountants. Today, we are equipped to support businesses with a wide range of financial and operational challenges, delivering reliable compliance alongside practical, forward-looking support.
